find the valid professional standards in German. You can find the European standards at www.ccbe.org.
We are also happy to explain the rules to you personally.

We would like to point out that for attorneys in other locations, particularly in the locations in Turkey,
the local professional standards apply.

As a rule, we work on the basis of a written client contract and a compensation and fee agreement
or flat fees. If a written agreement is not made, the conditions of the German Lawyer Fee Act apply.

Rumpf Law Firm has taken out professional liability insurance for its attorneys at Allianz SE,
Königinstr. 28, 80802 Munich/Germany, whereby consultation in foreign law is included in
addition to consultation in German law and the law of the European Union.

Liability is limited to damages which the professional liability insurance covers when the conditions
of liability exist. The amount of coverage is currently 1,000,000 Euros per attorney and case,
2,000,000 per attorney and year. Liability for damages in excess of these amounts is excluded.
Additional insurance can be taken out by agreement with clients. The firm does not take responsibility
for agents who are not partners or employees of Rumpf Law firm in Stuttgart, as far as is legally possible.
